Long Deep Breathing Instruction / Meditation (6 Minutes):
Practice your long deep breathing in the morning and evening, before bed, at a minimum. Over time, you will notice that your breath will naturally soften and elongate, without you needing to focus on it.
Column of Light Meditation (7 Minutes):
Listen to this meditation as often as you would like, but at least three times a week.This meditation will provided grounding and stability.
Guided Meditation and Relaxation (20 Minutes):
Listen to this meditation as often as you would like, but at least two times a week.This mediation will promote relaxation of body, mind and spirit.
